This policy applies only to shirts sold as Claymore Originals, featuring our ready-to-order designs. It does not apply to shirts customized with customer-uploaded artwork.

14-day size exchanges

If your Claymore Originals shirt does not fit, email claymoreapparelshop@gmail.com within 14 calendar days after delivery to request a different size of the same design and color.

• The shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Trying it on indoors to check fit is fine.
• Include your order number, the size received, and the replacement size you would like.
• Size exchanges are subject to the requested size being available. We will confirm availability before asking you to return the shirt.
• For a customer-requested size exchange, you pay the return postage and shipping of the replacement. We will confirm those shipping costs before you proceed. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
• This voluntary offer is for size exchanges, not changes of design or color, or change-of-mind refunds.

How the exchange works

Contact us before sending anything back. Once we approve the exchange, we will provide return instructions privately. We arrange the replacement after receiving and checking the returned shirt. Website orders and exchanges are handled by shipping; there is no in-person pickup or drop-off.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect Originals

A problem caused by Claymore is handled separately from a size exchange. Email us within 30 calendar days after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and problem. For a confirmed defect, printing error, or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement at no cost or a refund. You do not pay return or replacement shipping for our error. Please do not send the item back unless we request it and provide return instructions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; posting time depends on your payment provider.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before production begins. Email us as soon as possible with your order number so we can check production status. Once production has begun, a change-of-mind cancellation is not available under this policy.

Your rights and other products

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase. If applicable law provides additional cancellation, return, or refund rights, those rights take precedence.
