Custom POD Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

This policy applies to custom print-on-demand shirts made with customer-uploaded artwork or customer-approved customization.

Claymore Originals have a separate 14-day size-exchange policy. The custom-order size-exchange exclusion below does not remove that Originals benefit.

Custom orders are final sale

Because your shirt is printed specifically for you, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for customer-selected wrong sizes or colors, or changes to customer-supplied artwork and approved placement, when the delivered item matches the order and approved specifications. Please review the garment, size, artwork, and print dimensions before confirming your order.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, is printed incorrectly, or differs from what you ordered or approved, email claymoreapparelshop@gmail.com within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos showing the item and the problem. For a confirmed defect or Claymore error, we will provide a replacement at no cost or a refund. We cover any required return postage and replacement shipping for our error.

Please contact us before returning an item. Do not send it back unless we request a return and provide instructions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; posting time depends on your payment provider.

Cancellations before production

You may cancel your order before production begins. Email us as soon as possible with your order number so we can check production status. Once production has begun, a change-of-mind cancellation is not available under this policy. This does not affect our responsibility for defective or incorrect items.

Shipping and order support

If you have a delivery problem, contact us with your order number so we can investigate. For production and shipping information, see our shipping policy. Website orders are handled by shipping; we do not offer in-person returns, exchanges, or pickup through this website. Return instructions are provided privately after you contact us.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase. If applicable law provides additional cancellation, return, or refund rights, those rights take precedence.
