How Custom Orders Work

How custom orders work

Know what happens before you upload.

A clear custom order path helps your print come out cleaner and makes checkout easier.

01

File requirements

Upload the cleanest artwork you have. Transparent PNG files are ideal. High-resolution JPGs can work when the image is sharp and not heavily compressed.

02

Print placement

Use the preview to think through scale and placement. Final placement depends on the shirt size, artwork shape, and selected product option.

03

Production timeline

Custom and made-to-order items move into production after checkout. If your artwork needs attention, Claymore will follow up before printing.

04

If artwork is low quality

Low-resolution, blurry, or tiny images may print poorly. Claymore may request a better file before production so your shirt has the best possible result.

Artwork check before print If the file looks risky, we follow up before production.
