What is included?
A custom T-shirt with one front or back print. Choose front + back in the editor to see the extra charge before adding to cart.
What artwork can I upload?
Use a sharp PNG, JPG, or WEBP. Transparent PNGs are best when you do not want a rectangular background. Use your largest original file rather than a small screenshot.
How do I order different sizes?
Configure a shirt in the first size and add it to cart, then repeat for each additional size. For a coordinated group order, send your size breakdown through our quote form.
When does my custom shirt ship?
Most custom shirts need 3–5 business days of production before shipment. Transit time is additional. Rates and available delivery methods are shown at checkout. Contact us before ordering for a specific event date.
What if there is a problem with my print?
Email claymoreapparelshop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Confirmed defects or Claymore errors qualify for a replacement or refund at our expense. Custom orders do not qualify for change-of-mind or customer-selected size exchanges. Read the custom POD return policy.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel before production begins. Email claymoreapparelshop@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number so we can check production status.
